Fibroblasting
What is Fibroblasting?
Also known as plasma pen or plasma skin tightening. It is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment that uses a handheld device to create tiny controlled microinjuries on the skin's surface.

What's the consultation process?
Its always best to book a consultation to discuss your concerns, goals and discuss which treatments are suitable for you. This is important as may be a more effective treatment we can offer to treat your specific concern which will be discussed during the consultation.
How does it work?
The device creates a small electrical arc (plasma arc) that does not directly touch the skin and causes tiny surface dots (micro burns) to trigger a wound healing response. This process tightens skin, reduces appearance of lines and stimulates collagen production. As the skin heals it contracts and tightens.
How many treatments will I need?
If using this treatment to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles or to tighten and lift the skin, typically we recommend 3 treatments spaced a minimum of 4weeks apart. Skin lesion removals are often achieved in a single session.
What to expect after your treatment
Redness and swelling is a normal complication of this treatment followed by scabbed dots where the treatment was carried out. On the average person these scabs fall off completely within 5-8days.
What areas can I treat?
You can treat multiple areas such as upper and lower eyelids, crows feet, smile lines and even your whole face. This device can also be used to remove skin tags, benign moles and improve the appearance of stretch marks.
