1. Age Requirements & Identification
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a treatment. Please bring a valid form of photo ID to your appointment, as this may be requested by your practitioner.
2. Booking Fees & Confirmation
To secure your slot, a booking fee is required for every treatment. Your appointment is not confirmed until this fee has been paid.
Standard Treatments: 30% booking fee per treatment. Use code 'Bookingonly' at checkout to pay the booking fee only.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: Payable in full on booking via the website. If cancelled are your prescription has been processed then a £130.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amout. (This higher fee covers your bespoke prescription, which is unique to you and cannot be used for any other client).
Deductions: All booking fees are fully deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day.
Balance payments for standard treatments must be made on the day of treatment via cash or bank transfer.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Non-Refundable: All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to move an appointment.
Late Changes: If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee becomes non-transferable, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

4. Arrival & Lateness
Solo Attendance: Please arrive at your appointment on your own.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. This will result in a lost booking fee and the need to reschedule.
5. Consultations & Reviews
Consultations: We offer free 15-minute consultations to discuss your goals and options.
Anti-Wrinkle Reviews: A free complimentary review is included 2 weeks after any anti-wrinkle treatment to ensure optimal results.
